CALL OUT FOR ACTORS AND DANCERS FOR RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT ON NEW SHOW FOR YOUNG AUDIENCES
We are super excited to be working with The Riverbank Arts Centre in Newbridge to develop a new outdoor piece of physical theatre for young audiences, focusing on the theme of adapting to forces outside of our control.

The project will consist of three weeks of R&D with work in progress sharing's from Monday 18th January – Friday 5th February.
Audition Call
Dancer or actor with significant experience in movement/physical theatre required for a brand new show for young audiences (ages 5-10 years old).
We are open to all genders, ethnicity and ages over 18. We’re looking for Physical Actors or/and Professional Dancers who are up for working in a curious, playful, responsive way with an unpredictable and wonderful audience. Previous experience of working with children is a bonus, but not essential.
Never Mind The Weather is funded by the Arts Council Commissions Award and is delivered in partnership with the Riverbank Arts Centre, Newbridge, interspersed with in-progress showings at local schools. Rehearsals will take place in the Riverbank, as well as a one-week residency in Shawbrook Dance.

What are the dates and the deal?
R&D week 1 – Monday 18th – Friday 22nd January Riverbank Arts Centre Newbridge
R&D week 2 – Sunday 24th – Friday 29th January Shawbrook Longford
R&D week 3 – Monday 1st – Friday 5th February Riverbank Arts Centre Newbridge
Fee €650 a week (travel and accommodation expenses available for performers outside of commuting distance from Newbridge, Co. Kildare).
